What is Nifty AI?
Nifty began as Auto Posher, a Poshmark sharing bot. Its own FAQ says the name changed in 2025 because the product had grown past Poshmark automation. The site footer names the company as Nifty AI LLC. Knowing the origin explains the product: the deepest automation still sits on Poshmark, where sharing, following, relisting and sending offers every day decide how visible a closet is.
Today Nifty has three parts. Crosslisting puts an item on several marketplaces from one inventory, with an AI Listing Generator that drafts listings from photos and auto-delisting that pulls an item everywhere once it sells. Automation runs marketplace bots for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari and Depop. Analytics tracks sales and business expenses for profit and tax reports. Nifty also has an AI assistant called Ask Otto.
Nifty runs in the cloud. Its documentation says it "does not require you to keep your device on," which is a real advantage over tools that need a browser tab open. It is available to sellers based in the United States and its territories, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. There is no native mobile app: Nifty's docs say you won't find it in the App Store or Google Play, and they show how to add a home-screen shortcut instead. How much is Nifty AI per month?
Nifty sells three product lines: Automation, Crosslisting and a Bundle of both. Prices below come from Nifty's pricing page and its plan guide as of Sep 2026. Yearly billing saves up to 12%, according to the pricing page.

The pricing page shows the jump from Plus to Pro as "+ $20 / month for larger closets" ($18 on yearly billing). If you go over 1,500 active items on a Plus plan, Nifty's plan guide says it emails you and gives you 7 days to upgrade or trim your inventory, after which the Inventory Manager is locked until you upgrade.
Every plan starts with 7 days before the first charge. Nifty asks for card details up front, and the paid subscription begins automatically when those 7 days end unless you cancel. During that period, crosslisting and bundle plans are limited to 100 new listings and 50 smart credits.
Smart credits: the number that decides your bill
Most reviews quote the price range and move on. The number that shapes a heavy lister's month is the smart credit allowance, because Nifty meters its AI features. Its smart credits documentation lists the costs:
- AI Listing Generator: 1 credit per generation.
- Bulk Crosslisting: 1 credit per item.
- Background removal: 1 credit per photo.
- Advanced image edits: 5 credits per photo.
- Ask Otto: based on usage after a free tier.
Plus plans get 500 credits a month and Pro plans 1,000. Automation plans get none, so they include no AI features. Monthly credits reset on your billing date and do not roll over. When they run out, AI features stop until renewal, or you buy a pack of 200 credits for $5 that expires after 90 days. Syncing inventory and basic listing management use no credits, and you can always list by hand.
For a reseller who photographs a few dozen items a week, 500 credits is plenty. A seller who bulk-crosslists a large closet and removes the background on every photo can use a month's allowance quickly. Set that against the rest of your costs before you pick a tier. How Nifty AI works on eBay
eBay automation is narrower than the Poshmark set. Nifty's eBay Automation plan covers two jobs: recreates and offers.
Recreates. Nifty's recreate guide explains that it ends an existing eBay listing and creates a new one with a fresh listing ID, 30 minutes before eBay would auto-renew a Good 'Til Cancelled listing. You can recreate every 1 to 6 months, up to 100 listings a day. Anything over that daily limit is auto-renewed by eBay as usual. Nifty notes that existing offers are voided at renewal, that individually promoted listings do not carry their promotion over (rule-based campaigns do), and that the insertion fee is the same one eBay would charge at renewal, just 30 minutes sooner.
Insertion fees. eBay's selling fees page gives you up to 250 zero insertion fee listings a month, or more with an eBay Store, then $0.35 per listing. A recreated listing counts like any other, so check your allowance against your inventory size.
Limits worth knowing. Nifty's eBay guide lists one eBay account per Nifty account, fixed-price listings only (auction-style listings can't be managed), and some shipping fees, such as international orders and Bulk Shipping Tool labels, not captured in analytics. What problems Nifty AI solves
For the reseller it was built for, Nifty removes three chores.
- Typing the same listing five times. Crosslisting and the AI Listing Generator draft titles, descriptions and item details from photos and reshape them for each marketplace. The draft still needs a human check on details such as exact colorway or year.

Every Nifty workflow starts with something you already own: a photo of an item on your shelf. That assumption is invisible if you buy inventory, and it is the whole problem if you don't. An eBay dropshipper has three jobs Nifty does not attempt, and does not claim to.
- Finding something worth listing. Nifty has no supplier catalog and no product research. Guessing at products is the most expensive habit in dropshipping.
- Keeping price and stock in line with a supplier. Nifty has no supplier price or stock feed. If a supplier raises a price overnight, the eBay listing keeps selling at the old margin until you notice.
- Placing the supplier order. Nifty has no way to buy from a supplier when an eBay sale lands.

Read the table and the answer depends on where your stock comes from. How to do this in Ecomli: a supplier-fed eBay store

It depends on what you sell.
Nifty suits: resellers with owned, mostly one-of-a-kind inventory who sell on Poshmark plus two or more of eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy and Whatnot.
