Arrange your eligibility call with your mentor in your Discord ticket within 14 days of day 60. Once we confirm you followed the plan, we refund every payment you’ve made to Ecomli, extra credits and add-ons included, and send $100 by PayPal or Wise, your choice, within 10 business days.
06 The fine print
First Sale Guarantee terms
These terms explain the Ecomli First Sale Guarantee (“the guarantee”) offered by Ecomli Group LLC (“Ecomli”). They form part of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Who can take part
- New Ecomli subscribers.
- You must open a First Sale Guarantee ticket in the Ecomli Discord, from the panel in #support-desk, within 7 days of your first subscription payment.
- One guarantee per person, per eBay account and per payment card.
2. The 60-day plan
The plan runs for 60 days, starting on the day you open your ticket (“day 1”). To stay eligible you must:
- Every day: add 100 new eBay listings with Ecomli, using products found by Niche Product Finder. If your eBay selling limit is lower, list up to your limit that day.
- Every day: post a screenshot of your eBay listings showing that day’s new listings in your guarantee ticket, before midnight in the time zone you give when you open your ticket.
- From day 30 onwards: keep at least 1,000 listings active on eBay.
- Throughout: stay subscribed to Ecomli for all 60 days.
If your plan’s imports run out before day 60, add more credits to keep up with the plan. Anything you buy from Ecomli during the plan is included in the refund in section 5.
Throughout the 60 days, a mentor and the Ecomli team help you grow your store in your Discord ticket. Your mentor checks your screenshots and tells you if a day is missing.
3. What counts as a sale
Any sale on your eBay account during the 60 days counts. If you make a sale, the guarantee has done its job and no refund or payment is due under it.
4. What ends the guarantee
- Missing any day’s screenshot or any day’s listings.
- Cancelling, pausing or not paying your subscription before day 60.
- Disputing or charging back any Ecomli payment with your bank.
- Restriction or suspension of your eBay account for breaching eBay’s policies.
- Fake activity, including buying from yourself or having someone buy for you, posting false screenshots, or blocking sales on purpose (for example vacation mode or marking listings out of stock).
If Discord or Ecomli is down and that stops you completing a day, that day does not count against you.
5. Day 60: your eligibility call
- If you have made no sale by the end of day 60, arrange an eligibility call with your mentor in your Discord ticket within 14 days.
- On the call we review your 60 days with you: your listings, your daily screenshots and your active listings.
- If you followed the plan, we refund every payment you have made to Ecomli, including your subscription, add-ons, seats, import packs and extra credits, and pay you US$100 extra by PayPal or Wise, whichever you choose. Payment is made within 10 business days of the call.
