On day 15, you're billed your chosen plan rate. If you cancel before day 15, you pay nothing more. No forms, no calls — cancel in one click from your account dashboard.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrades apply at the next billing date. No penalties either way.
Every time you import products — from a competitor's eBay store, a search term, or an Amazon or AliExpress catalogue — Ecomli uses credits to scan, match, and process the listings. A typical 500-product import uses roughly 50–100 credits depending on complexity. Credits reset on your monthly billing date and don't roll over.
Amazon and Etsy require separate AI optimisation models, different listing structures, and ongoing compliance with each platform's seller policies. We've kept them in Scale to ensure the experience is fully built — not a half-finished add-on bolted onto a cheaper plan.
No contracts, no minimum commitment. Monthly plans cancel any time and take effect at the end of your billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront — non-refundable after the first 14 days, but you can cancel to prevent renewal.
Any live listing in your connected eBay, Amazon, or Etsy store that Ecomli is actively monitoring for price and stock changes counts toward your limit. Paused or delisted products don't count. Your current tracked count is visible in your account dashboard at all times.
