Am I limited by the number of active listings?+
Ecomli includes unlimited active listings on every plan. Your plan allowance is for monthly product imports, so listings from previous months can stay active and monitored. Your eBay account’s own selling limits still apply.
Is AI listing included on Starter?+
Yes. Every plan includes Product Hunting, AI titles and descriptions, bulk listing and description templates. Stock and price monitoring, Tracking Conversions, Safety Shield, the profitability dashboard, Discord and support are included too. Image templates are included in Pro and Scale.
How is Pro different from Starter?+
Pro includes 5,000 product imports per month, compared with 1,000 on Starter. Pro also adds opt-in hourly AliExpress ordering, Basic Auto Pruner for listing cleanup and image templates. Both plans include manual AliExpress order batches and one eBay account. Starter does not include Auto Pruner or image templates.
How does AliExpress ordering work on each plan?+
On every plan, you scan your eBay sales awaiting postage, choose the orders and start a batch, and Ecomli creates the AliExpress orders unpaid. Pro and Scale can also opt into hourly ordering, which checks eligible eBay sales placed after you turn it on. Both run in your Chrome browser and stay within your maximum purchase price and maximum loss. Ecomli never pays for you: review the final amount and currency, then pay in AliExpress.
Which plans include Auto Pruner?+
Pro includes Basic Auto Pruner for listing cleanup, using your age and performance rules and removal limits. Scale includes Advanced Auto Pruner, which adds the option to automatically relist removed products during cleanup. Starter does not include Auto Pruner.
What do I get with Tracking Conversions?+
Keep your buyers updated with tracking they can follow on eBay. Tracking Conversions supports eligible Amazon and AliExpress orders and is included in Starter, Pro and Scale.
How do accounts and imports work on Scale?+
Scale includes 3 eBay account seats and 1 VA seat alongside your own access. The 10,000 monthly product imports are shared across your eBay accounts.
Can I add more imports or seats?+
Yes. Scale can be tailored with additional monthly product imports, eBay account seats and VA seats through Billing in your non-API extension settings. Choose the extra capacity your business needs.
Does the extension need my browser to stay open?+
Yes. Extension tasks, including AliExpress order batches and hourly ordering, run in your desktop Chrome browser. Keep it open, your computer awake, the internet connected and eBay signed in while they run.
