Ecomli sources from Amazon and AliExpress and sells on your eBay marketplace. eBay is its only selling channel.

Product Hunting, Create Listings, Stock Monitoring and AliExpress ordering require Chrome to remain open. Hourly ordering on Pro and Scale also needs eBay signed in and your computer awake; it creates unpaid orders, which you pay in AliExpress.

Yes. The Ecomli app for iOS and Android lets you check your store dashboard, items, orders, profit digests and alerts from your phone. Creating listings, billing and connecting eBay stay on desktop.

Your plan sets monthly product imports: Starter 1,000, Pro 5,000 and Scale 10,000. Active listings are unlimited on every plan, and eBay's own selling limits still apply.

No. They are optional and are written from the supplier's product facts. You can list with your own wording instead.

Yes. Variation listings are supported, and you can run up to 10 listings at a time.

Yes. Description templates, including Dynamic Rotating, are included on Starter, Pro and Scale. Image templates are included on Pro and Scale.

No. Templates apply to listings Ecomli creates or relists. Ecomli does not restyle other existing listings or host images for them.

No. Image templates arrange your supplier's product photo in a consistent layout. They do not generate new photos.

Checks run in your desktop browser while it is open, so how often they happen depends on when your browser is running. Ecomli does not promise a fixed interval.

Your out-of-stock rule decides: Ecomli either sets the eBay quantity to 0 or ends the listing, and restores your restock quantity when stock returns.

The listing is held unchanged instead of being ended, and it shows up in the results for you to check.

No. It is a checkpoint that screens for flagged brands and restricted items before publishing. You remain responsible for every listing, and eBay's policies still apply.

The supplier product, the AI-written copy and the eBay draft, for flagged brands (VeRO-type rights-owner risk) and restricted items.

Yes. Choose Soft, Balanced or Strong screening.

Pro includes Basic Auto Pruner. Scale includes Advanced Auto Pruner with automatic relisting. Starter does not include Auto Pruner.

No. Relisted items get new eBay item IDs, so they do not carry the old listing's sales history.

No. Listings with recent sales, or whose age Ecomli can't confirm, stay protected.

No. You start each run with one click.

Yes: manual AliExpress batches. Scan eBay sales, review them and choose Start selected orders. Ecomli creates unpaid orders; you pay in AliExpress.

Pro and Scale can opt into hourly checks for sales placed after activation. Chrome must remain open and signed into eBay. Orders are still created unpaid, never paid automatically.

A maximum purchase price and a maximum loss that each order must fit within. Orders outside your limits need manual handling.

Supported AliExpress tracking and Amazon TBA tracking numbers. Per store, you choose AliExpress local courier tracking or Aquiline for AliExpress parcels; Amazon TBA parcels convert through Aquiline.

Each conversion uses 1 credit. Credits come as 100 for $20 a month or as an instant 100-credit pack for $30, and they don't expire.

Yes. It covers supplier orders placed through Auto Ordering or recorded in Orders, including manual ordering on Starter.

No. Ecomli adds the converted tracking to the eBay order after its automatic checks, so allow some time.

Purchase, shipping and feedback events, with optional item ID or SKU conditions.

Buyers with an open issue, an existing conversation, or feedback already left.

It can't promise that. Feedback requests wait until after delivery and ask honestly; what buyers leave is up to them.

eBay sales, fees, Promoted Listings costs, refunds, supplier costs and recorded profit, by day or period, with previous-period comparisons and a daily chart.

It syncs the last 90 days of orders, and you can import older eBay CSV reports.

Profit is only as complete as the supplier costs recorded. Add any missing supplier costs to see the true figure.

Yes. The Ecomli mobile app for iOS and Android shows your dashboard, orders, profit digests and alerts. The full Overview dashboard is in the extension on desktop.

AutoDS and EcomSniper directly, and any store through the eBay Active Listings CSV you download from Seller Hub.

No. Your listings stay live on eBay throughout. Migration maps them to their suppliers so Ecomli can manage them.

They are held for review so you can add the Amazon or AliExpress link. Nothing is guessed.

No. Migration does not restyle, re-template or re-host existing listings. Templates apply to listings Ecomli creates or relists.

Starter and Pro include 1 eBay account. Scale includes 3 eBay account seats. Extra seats are $10 a month each.

Workspace roles let a VA view or run tasks, using their own Ecomli login and the permissions you give them.
