1. Start with what you sell. If you hold the stock, you need a lister or cross-lister. If a supplier holds it, you need a tool that lists supplier products and watches the supplier after the listing goes live.
2. Decide how many channels you need. An eBay-only seller shouldn't pay for multichannel features. A seller on four marketplaces needs sale detection and delisting, or they'll sell the same item twice.
