Sellbrite is a multichannel listing, inventory and shipping platform from GoDaddy Sellbrite, Inc. It keeps one product catalog and publishes listings from it to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google, Etsy, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, then keeps stock levels in line across those channels as orders come in. This Sellbrite review for 2026 covers what it does well, what it costs on monthly and annual billing, what its review scores measure, and what eBay dropshippers should know before they sign up. The short version: it is built for sellers who own their stock, and nothing in it finds a product or buys one from a supplier.
Quick answer: Sellbrite is a solid choice if you hold your own inventory and sell it on several channels. For eBay dropshippers, our pick is Ecomli, because sourcing, supplier price and stock changes, and supplier orders all sit outside Sellbrite. Ecomli covers those jobs with Product Hunting, Create Listings, Stock Monitoring and, on Pro and Scale, Auto Ordering within your buying limits. Sellbrite is free up to 30 orders a month, then $29, $79 or $179 a month on monthly billing for 100, 500 or 2,000 orders, or $24, $66 or $149 a month if you pay for a year.
Ecomli publishes this review and makes the software we recommend for dropshippers. We describe Sellbrite from its own pricing page, help center and public review profiles, checked in September 2026. If you're still building a shortlist, our roundup of the best cross-listing software shows where Sellbrite sits against the field, and our Sellercloud review covers the tier above it in price and setup effort.
What Sellbrite is, in plain terms
Sellbrite does three jobs, and its pricing page lists the features behind each one.
- Listing. A listings publisher and manager lets you update, end or relist live listings on each channel. Listing templates save the common options for a channel so you can apply them to new or existing listings. It can also create products in Sellbrite from listings you already have, and it handles variations such as size and color.
- Inventory. Available stock adjusts across every connected channel as sales are made. You can track stock across more than one physical warehouse, and Selective Stock Push lets you choose which warehouse feeds which channel. Bulk edits go through CSV import and export.
- Shipping. You can buy USPS, UPS and FedEx labels, connect your own UPS and FedEx accounts for negotiated rates, route and split orders, and push each tracking number back to the channel the order came from. A ShipStation integration is there for more advanced shipping, with a separate ShipStation subscription.
Every plan includes unlimited sales channels, SKUs and users, which is generous. What the plans meter is orders, and that shapes most of the pricing below. Sellbery works the same way on a much narrower feature set, as our Sellbery review explains.
Sellbrite pricing in 2026
The pricing page opens on monthly billing, and a toggle switches it to annual billing, which works out to two months free. These are the prices it showed when we checked in September 2026.
| Plan | Orders a month | Monthly billing | Annual billing, per month | Inventory, price and order sync |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Forever Free | Up to 30 | $0 | $0 | Every 2 hours |
| Pro 100 | Up to 100 | $29 | $24 | Every 15 minutes |
| Pro 500 | Up to 500 | $79 | $66 | Every 15 minutes |
| Pro 2K | Up to 2,000 | $179 | $149 | Every 15 minutes |
A few details change the bill. Amazon FBA orders never count toward your limit, but importing FBA inventory and routing multichannel orders to FBA is an add-on at $19 a month on monthly billing, or $16 a month billed annually. Your order count resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you go over your plan's orders mid-cycle, Sellbrite moves you up to the next tier automatically and charges a prorated amount. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, while annual billing commits you to a full year. There are no setup fees, and new accounts get 14 days of unlimited access with no credit card. Stores with more than 2,000 orders a month are pointed to separate high-volume plans.
Two features are missing from the free plan. Removing the "Powered by Sellbrite" badge from the footer of your eBay listings needs a paid plan, and so does API access.
Sellbrite for Shopify, the edition that runs inside a Shopify store, is priced separately. Its Shopify App Store listing shows a free plan for up to 30 orders a month, then $19, $59 or $99 a month for 100, 500 or 2,000 orders, or $190, $590 or $990 a year.
What Sellbrite reviews say, and why the scores differ
Search for a Sellbrite review and you'll find scores that don't agree. That makes sense once you see what each one counts.
- Shopify App Store: 3.9 out of 5 from 121 reviews, with 69% of ratings at five stars and 16% at one star. These reviews rate Sellbrite for Shopify, the edition that connects a Shopify store's products to marketplaces. The app has been listed since 7 July 2014.
- Trustpilot: 4.4 out of 5 from 11 reviews on its Trustpilot profile. The newest review is from 17 July 2025, and it thanks a support agent by name for fixing a problem.
Neither sample says much about the standalone platform an eBay seller would use. The larger one rates a different edition, and the other is too small to lean on. Read the review text for the problems people describe, not the stars. And whatever the score, none of it tells a dropshipper whether the tool covers sourcing, because none of those reviewers were buying it for that.
What Sellbrite does well once the stock is yours
Judged on its own terms, Sellbrite is good at stock control. Quantity drops on every connected channel as sales land, multi-warehouse tracking comes with every plan rather than as an upsell, and Selective Stock Push decides which warehouse feeds which channel. For a seller with stock in two locations and listings in four places, that is the reason to buy it.
Listing templates are the other time-saver. You set a channel's options once and apply them to new or existing listings, so item specifics and return settings stay consistent. A thousand-row price change becomes a spreadsheet job through CSV import rather than a thousand clicks. Getting titles and item specifics right is what feeds eBay search, which we explain in how eBay's Cassini search engine reads a listing.
Price control needs a clear expectation. Sellbrite pushes price updates you make to the active listings on each channel. It doesn't work out what a price should be from a supplier's cost, which is a different job, covered in our guide to repricing rules that hold a margin floor. On the free plan, stock and price sync run every 2 hours instead of every 15 minutes. On a listing that sells quickly, that is enough time to sell something you no longer have.
Sellbrite outside the US: what eBay sellers should check
Sellbrite's help article on international marketplaces lists eBay sites including the UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, plus several Amazon marketplaces. On those sites you can import listings, build products, sync quantities and import orders. The article also says "International listings cannot be published from Sellbrite" and "Only USD is supported, with no currency conversion." Creating or editing international listings and syncing prices to them aren't supported. If you sell on an eBay site outside the US, you can sync stock with Sellbrite but can't create or edit your listings in it.
What Sellbrite can't do for an eBay dropshipper
Sellbrite starts where the product already sits in your catalog. Everything before that is outside it: deciding what to sell, matching it to a supplier, writing the listing from the supplier's product data, watching the supplier's price and stock, buying the item when it sells, and turning the supplier's tracking number into something eBay accepts. Its pricing page doesn't mention product research, supplier monitoring or supplier ordering. For a dropshipper, that is most of the daily work.
How to run the dropshipping side in Ecomli
Ecomli is a non-API browser extension for eBay dropshippers. It works through the eBay seller account already signed in to your desktop Chrome browser, so there is no API connection to authorize. eBay is the only place it sells, and Amazon and AliExpress are your product sources.
- Find products. Product Hunting researches a competing eBay seller's sold history or current listings and matches those products to Amazon or AliExpress. You can also search Amazon by keyword, Best Sellers or category, filter by price, reviews and ratings, and send picks straight to the lister. A match shows demand. It doesn't prove a profit.
- List them. Create Listings reads the supplier product, prices it with your markup, writes optional AI titles and descriptions from the supplier's facts, applies your description template and fills eBay's listing form in your seller session, up to 10 listings at a time.
- Follow the supplier. Stock Monitoring checks supplier stock and prices for your Ecomli listings, then updates the eBay price and quantity or ends out-of-stock items using your markup, restock quantity, price-change tolerance and out-of-stock rule. If a supplier page can't be read, the listing is held unchanged rather than ended.
- Place supplier orders. On Starter you order from the supplier yourself. On Pro, you click Auto Order and Basic Auto Ordering places the supplier order in your own browser. On Scale, once you turn it on, Advanced Auto Ordering runs on Ecomli's servers and places the supplier order for new eBay orders without a click, as long as each order is within your buying limits (a maximum purchase price and a maximum loss). The Auto Ordering page has the details.
- Convert tracking. Tracking Conversions turns supported AliExpress tracking and Amazon TBA tracking into eBay-compatible tracking and adds it to the eBay order after its automatic checks. Conversions through Aquiline use credits, which are an add-on.
- Check the profit. The Overview dashboard shows eBay sales, fees, Promoted Listings costs, refunds, supplier costs and recorded profit by day or period. Profit there is only as complete as the supplier costs you record.
Before anything publishes, Safety Shield screens products, AI copy and each eBay draft for flagged brands and restricted items. It is a checkpoint, not a guarantee. Most tasks run in your desktop browser, so it needs to be open while they run, and orders outside your buying limits and buyer questions still need you. The automation overview on our homepage shows how the steps fit together.
If you're moving a store over, Ecomli doesn't import Sellbrite's own files. The route is Migration from the eBay Active Listings CSV, the active-listings download in Seller Hub. Ecomli reads each listing's supplier from its Custom label (SKU), such as an ASIN or an AliExpress product ID, or from a supplier URL column, and holds any rows it can't read for you to review. Your listings stay live on eBay throughout, and listings without an Amazon or AliExpress supplier stay on eBay but aren't monitored. You can compare what Starter, Pro and Scale include on the Ecomli pricing page.

Who Sellbrite fits, and who needs a sourcing tool
Buy Sellbrite if you own your inventory, keep it in locations you control and sell it on several channels, with eBay as one of many. Unlimited SKUs and channels, multi-warehouse stock and label printing make it good value for that job, and the free plan is a fair way to test a catalog import. Watch three things: the 2-hour sync on the free plan, the automatic upgrade when a busy month pushes you past your order limit, and support hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Don't buy it as a dropshipping platform, because it isn't one. If your stock sits on a supplier's shelf, you need a tool that researches products, lists from supplier data, follows supplier prices and stock, places orders and converts tracking. For more options, see our list of Sellbrite alternatives for eBay sellers, our Sellbrite vs Sellercloud comparison, and our notes on browser extensions that work inside your signed-in eBay account. Whichever you pick, eBay's own limits often cap growth before software does, so read how eBay selling limits grow before you budget for a bigger plan.
Sellbrite review: frequently asked questions
How much does Sellbrite cost per month?
Sellbrite is free for up to 30 orders a month. Paid plans cost $29 a month for 100 orders, $79 for 500 and $179 for 2,000 on monthly billing, or $24, $66 and $149 a month on annual billing. The FBA add-on is $19 a month, or $16 billed annually. Sellbrite for Shopify has separate prices, from $19 a month.
Is Sellbrite legit?
Yes. Sellbrite is run by GoDaddy Sellbrite, Inc., its Shopify app has been listed since July 2014, and its help center is live. Legitimacy isn't the same as fit, though. It suits sellers with their own stock, and it doesn't cover the supplier side of dropshipping.
Is Sellbrite free?
The Forever Free plan covers up to 30 orders a month with unlimited channels and SKUs. It syncs stock, prices and orders every 2 hours rather than every 15 minutes, keeps a "Powered by Sellbrite" badge in your eBay listing footers, and doesn't include API access.
Is Sellbrite good for eBay dropshipping?
No. It manages listings, stock and shipping for products you already have, and its pricing page doesn't mention supplier research, supplier price or stock monitoring, or supplier ordering. For eBay dropshipping, our pick is Ecomli, which covers those jobs.
Can Sellbrite list on eBay UK or eBay Australia?
It can import listings, sync quantities and import orders on those and other international eBay sites, but its help center says international listings cannot be published from Sellbrite and only USD is supported, with no currency conversion.
What is the best Sellbrite alternative for eBay sellers?
For eBay dropshippers, our pick is Ecomli, which we make. It researches products, lists them from supplier data, follows supplier prices and stock, and places supplier orders within your buying limits on Pro and Scale. If you sell your own stock on several channels, our guides to Ecomdash alternatives and Veeqo alternatives cover other multichannel tools.
Do Sellbrite listings show its branding on eBay?
On the free plan, yes. Sellbrite places a "Powered by Sellbrite" badge in the footer of your eBay listings, and removing it is listed as a feature of the paid plans.
