You import items you already have listed on one marketplace, publish copies to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and Etsy, and its Autopilot feature delists the copies after one of them sells. You pay per item with credits instead of a monthly subscription. Quick answer: ResellKit is a cheap, capable cross-lister for resellers who own their stock, list a few hundred items a month or fewer, and are happy to keep a desktop app running. What ResellKit is and who it is built for

ResellKit's About page says the app is built on the Chromium web browser, and it states the goal plainly: to be the tool resellers use to increase their productivity "independent of any particular online marketplace." You download it, sign in, and open a session on each marketplace you sell on. The getting-started guide asks you to sign in to at least two supported platforms (or authorize, in eBay's case) before you can cross-list, and it says your login details and session data stay on your own computer.

The workflow runs in one direction. You open the Import page, pick a source marketplace where your listings already live, and choose the marketplaces you want copies on. ResellKit adds the imported items as drafts, and the Publish Drafts button works through each draft until every copy is listed. The Manage Listings screen shows each item's title, price, quantity and SKU, the marketplaces it is published on, and filters for draft or published status. You can also run several separate stores inside one install.

Everything about that design assumes a physical item sitting on your shelf. The listing already exists somewhere, the stock is yours, and the risk you are managing is selling the same jacket twice. That is the right assumption for a thrift, closet or vintage reseller. It is the wrong one for an eBay dropshipper, whose items sit in an Amazon or AliExpress warehouse and whose real risks are a supplier running out or raising a price.

ResellKit pricing in 2026: credits, packs and what a listing costs

ResellKit has no monthly plan. Every account gets 50 free credits and can claim more every 30 days. Beyond that you buy a credit pack with, in the pricing page's words, "no monthly commitment." One credit covers one item. Cross-listing that item to one marketplace or to five deducts a single credit, and credits are only deducted when you cross-list.

The pricing page labels each paid pack "non-expiring lifetime" and "one time payment." Its pack table loads through JavaScript, which is one reason older articles quote stale figures. The most specific number in older write-ups, 750 listings for $29.00, comes from a customer review posted in November 2020 and is not a current price. Vendoo's own ResellKit comparison page also describes the packs as monthly prices, which does not match ResellKit's pricing page.

Do the math against your own volume before you commit. The free 50 credits cover about 1.6 new items a day, so a seller who lists 20 items in an evening uses the month's allowance in under three days. At 300 new items a month you would spend 250 paid credits after the free 50. The 650-credit pack covers that for about two and a half months, which works out at roughly $11 a month.

The credit model also has a ceiling. Vendoo's Starter plan costs $14.99 a month for unlimited items, with sale detection and auto-delisting included. Even at the 2,000-credit pack's 3.7 cents per item, ResellKit costs more than that once you pass about 460 new items a month. Low and uneven volume favors ResellKit. Autopilot, delisting and the rest of the feature set

Autopilot is ResellKit's auto-delister and the feature most reviewers mention. According to the documentation, it checks your marketplaces for new orders every 10 minutes by default and deactivates the sold item's other listings. A pending order deactivates the copies, a completed order means the listing is safe to end, and a cancelled order makes Autopilot try to reactivate the listing. An Orders page shows each update and flags any listing that failed to update on a given marketplace.

The limit is where it runs. The homepage and the docs both say Autopilot only works while the ResellKit app is running on a device connected to the internet. The docs suggest that running it once a day is fine for most users, but a sale that lands while the app is closed stays live on your other marketplaces until you next open it. For one-of-a-kind stock, that gap is exactly the double-sale risk the feature exists to prevent. The homepage still labels Autopilot as beta.

A few other details matter before you install it:

• One device at a time. In a January 2023 post, ResellKit's lead developer wrote that the current version "can only run on a single device" and proposed multi-device support, remote-worker publishing and a description generator as a paid upgrade, a $59 one-time "v2 ticket." The download page still offers version 1.5.64, and we found no 2.0 release on the site.
• Desktop only. Installers exist for Windows, macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Linux. The download page says ResellKit is not available on iOS or Android.
• Per-marketplace publish settings. You set publishing preferences for each marketplace separately, with options such as appending the SKU to the description or moving the rest of a long title into the description.
• Quiet development signals. The site footer reads © 2024, and the docs homepage still promises a major redesign "at the end of 2023."

What ResellKit reviews say, and how much weight they carry

ResellKit's Trustpilot profile shows a TrustScore of 4.3 from nine reviews, all five stars. The newest was posted in July 2023, and Trustpilot notes that no reviews have been posted in the last 12 months. The praise is consistent. Reviewers like paying per listing instead of monthly, several say they moved over from Vendoo or List Perfectly for that reason, and three praise the customer support.

The criticism is worth reading too. An April 2021 reviewer said Autopilot had been "somewhat buggy" and had not worked in the two most recent versions at that time, and asked for better documentation. A 2022 reviewer called the app "far from perfect" while still rating it highly for the price.

Nine reviews, the newest more than three years old, tell you little about how the app copes with marketplace changes in 2026. That is a thin signal, not a bad one. The free 50 credits are the better test: list a handful of real items, let Autopilot run, and see whether a sale on one marketplace delists the others.

Who ResellKit suits, and who should skip it

ResellKit suits you if you own your inventory, sell unique or secondhand items across resale marketplaces, list in bursts rather than at a steady pace, and are comfortable opening a desktop app every day so Autopilot can catch sales.

Skip it if you list more than a few hundred items a month at a steady rate (a flat subscription costs less), you need delisting that keeps working when your computer is off, you work mainly from your phone, or you run a supplier-sourced eBay store. The gap a cross-lister cannot close: supply

Cross-listing multiplies the exposure of stock you already have. It says nothing about whether that stock was worth buying, and it has no view of a supplier. For a thrift reseller the sourcing decision happens in a store aisle. For an eBay dropshipper it is most of the business: which products already sell on eBay, which Amazon or AliExpress listing can supply them at a margin, and what happens when that supplier's price or stock changes.

A ResellKit-style tool cannot answer any of those questions, and a dropshipper does not need its main feature either. With one selling channel, there is nothing to delist elsewhere. What a dropshipper needs is the supplier-side version of Autopilot: something that notices when the Amazon or AliExpress listing behind an eBay listing goes out of stock or changes price, and updates eBay before a buyer pays for an item you can no longer supply at a profit.

How to do this in Ecomli

It does not prove profit.
2. Create the listings. Send your picks to Create Listings. Ecomli reads each supplier product, prices it with your markup, writes optional AI titles and descriptions from the supplier's facts, applies your description template and fills eBay's listing form in your seller session, up to 10 listings at once.
3. Screen before publishing. Safety Shield checks products, AI copy and each eBay draft for flagged brands and restricted items. Treat it as a checkpoint, not a guarantee.
4. Keep supplier price and stock in line. On Scale, you can also turn on optional server ordering, so Auto Ordering places the supplier order from Ecomli's servers, as long as each order is within your buying limits. Those limits are a maximum purchase price and a maximum loss, and Auto Ordering leaves anything outside them for you to handle.
6. Clear dead listings. Auto Pruner (Pro and Scale) ends listings with zero views or zero sales by your rules in one click, so stale items stop taking up room as you grow toward higher eBay selling limits.

Like ResellKit's Autopilot, most of this runs on your own machine. Product Hunting, Create Listings, Stock Monitoring and Auto Pruner work in your desktop browser while it is open, and the exception is optional server ordering on Scale, which runs on Ecomli's servers. So both tools need your computer on for their routine checks. The difference is what they watch: ResellKit watches your marketplaces for sales of stock you own, and Ecomli watches your suppliers for the stock you sell.
