LitCommerce Pricing 2026: Plans, Costs and eBay Seller Fit

LitCommerce Pricing 2026: Plans, Costs and eBay Seller Fit

You sell on eBay, maybe with a Shopify store feeding it, and you've been told a listing tool will end the nightly stock check. Then you open LitCommerce's pricing page and find a pair of sliders instead of a plan table. LitCommerce pricing is a calculator: the number of channels you connect and the number of listings you publish decide the bill, and those are the two numbers eBay sellers most often undercount.

Quick answer: what LitCommerce costs in 2026

Quick answer: LitCommerce's multichannel listing tool starts at $29 a month for 3 connected channels and up to 1,000 listings, with unlimited orders, no setup fee and 20% off on annual billing. Above that, the calculator on its pricing page adds $5 for each connected channel to a price for your listing allowance, so 3 channels with 2,000 listings is $44 a month and the top of the calculator (15 channels, 200,000 listings) is $489. Listings count on every channel you publish to, so one product on three marketplaces is three listings.

Our pick for eBay dropshippers: Ecomli. LitCommerce is built to copy a catalog you already own onto more marketplaces. If your supplier ships the order, the work that costs you time is finding products, watching supplier prices and stock, and placing supplier orders, and that's what Ecomli does on eBay. Ecomli publishes this guide and makes that product. The LitCommerce figures below come from LitCommerce's own pricing page and listings, checked in September 2026, so you can verify every one of them.

LitCommerce pricing in 2026: how the calculator works

LitCommerce is a multichannel listing and sync tool. It connects a main store such as Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce or WooCommerce to marketplaces including eBay, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Reverb, Facebook, Google Shopping, Temu and Faire. You list once, and it publishes to the other channels and keeps stock, prices and orders aligned.

The pricing page shows one plan, "Pay As You Go", starting at $29 a month. What you actually pay comes from two sliders: Number of Channels (Total), from 3 to 15, and Number of Listings (Total). Reading the calculator on the page, each channel adds $5 a month, so 3 channels cost $15 and 15 channels cost $75. The listing allowance is priced in steps:

Listing allowanceListing price per monthTotal with the minimum 3 channels
Up to 1,000$14$29
Up to 2,000$29$44
Up to 5,000$44$59
Up to 10,000$69$84
Up to 15,000$84$99
Up to 20,000$99$114
Up to 25,000$114$129
Up to 50,000$164$179
Up to 75,000$214$229
Up to 100,000$264$279
Up to 150,000$339$354
Up to 200,000$414$429

Add $5 a month for every channel above three. Three details matter as much as the headline number:

  • Annual billing is 20% off. LitCommerce's Shopify App Store listing prices the entry plan at $29 a month or $278 a year. Annual plans commit you to a full year.
  • There's no setup fee, and orders are unlimited on every configuration.
  • Bigger setups can ask for a custom plan. The pricing page invites you to contact LitCommerce if the calculator doesn't fit.

If you're still shortlisting, our roundup of the best cross-listing software puts these numbers next to the rest of the market, and our guide to eBay listing software narrows it to tools built around eBay. Whatever you pick, eBay's own selling fees are charged separately. For most categories the final value fee is 13.6% of the total amount of the sale up to $7,500, plus $0.40 per order on orders over $10, and no software subscription changes that.

How channels and listings are counted

This is the part that decides your bill.

Your main store counts as a channel. LitCommerce's own example on its blog is 3 channels made up of Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop, with 2,000 listings, for $44 a month. So Shopify plus eBay is already two of your three minimum channels.

Every connection adds to the channel total. The slider counts connected channels in total, not distinct marketplaces. If you run two eBay accounts, budget each one as a channel unless LitCommerce tells you otherwise before you sign up.

Listings are counted per channel, not per product. LitCommerce says it counts each listing on one channel as one listing, and when that listing is published on another channel it counts as two. The pricing page adds that the listing total counts listings on all connected sale channels, not the products in your main store. So a 600-product catalog published to eBay, Etsy and Amazon is 1,800 listings, which is over the 1,000 entry allowance.

You won't be upgraded automatically. If you reach your plan's listing or channel limit, LitCommerce shows a banner asking you to upgrade, and the Connect buttons for new channels are disabled until you do. Monthly plans can be canceled any time and stay active to the end of the billing cycle.

The practical move is to count backwards before you sign up. Take your live product count, multiply it by the number of channels you'll publish to, count every store connection including a second eBay account, and read the price off the calculator. Anyone who has grown a catalog will recognize the pattern. It's the same discipline as managing eBay selling limits, where the number that constrains you is rarely the one you were watching.

Three eBay setups, priced out

Here are three realistic setups run through the calculator's rules, at monthly billing.

SetupChannelsListingsMonthly price
Side seller: Shopify plus eBay, 300 products on eBay2 connected, billed at the 3-channel minimum300$29
Cross-poster: Shopify plus eBay, Etsy and Amazon, 800 products on all three42,400$64
Two eBay accounts: Shopify plus two eBay accounts, Etsy and Walmart, 3,000 products on all four512,000$109

The side seller is the setup the entry price was built for. Two connections sit inside the 3-channel minimum and 300 listings sit well inside the first allowance.

The cross-poster has the same kind of catalog but publishes it three times. Four channels cost $20, and 2,400 listings move past the 2,000 step to the 5,000 allowance at $44, so the bill is $64 for a catalog of 800 products.

The two-account seller has five channels at $25 and 12,000 listings, which lands in the 15,000 allowance at $84, for $109 a month. The second eBay account and the fourth sales channel are what push it there.

None of this makes LitCommerce expensive for what it does. Against hours of manual stock reconciliation it can be cheap. It does mean the sticker price and your price are different numbers. Our Sellbery review shows how a rival prices the same job, and our LitCommerce alternatives guide compares the wider field.

One more budget line that's easy to forget is repricing. Sync keeps your channels in line with each other. It doesn't protect your margin when a supplier's price moves. Our guide to eBay repricing and margin floors covers that math.

What the subscription includes

These are the features LitCommerce lists for its multichannel listing plan, and they're the honest answer to "what are the benefits of LitCommerce":

  • Inventory and price sync every 15 minutes, and order import every 15 minutes.
  • Unlimited orders per month.
  • Listing templates and recipes, with single and multi-listing edit modes.
  • AI-powered listing optimization for Etsy and eBay.
  • Quick Publish and Scheduled Auto Publish for Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Reverb, Facebook and Google Shopping.
  • Bulk export and update, an errors report, a price and inventory modifier, currency conversion and a sales report.
  • Live chat and email support.

New accounts get 7 days free before billing starts, and you can cancel before then without being charged. LitCommerce also runs a separate Product Feed tool with its own free plan for up to 2 feeds. That's why "free" shows up next to the brand name in some places even though the listing tool itself is paid.

For a seller who owns stock and needs it visible on more marketplaces, that list covers the whole job.

What LitCommerce pricing doesn't cover for dropshippers

A sync tool solves the problem it was built for. The question for a dropshipper is whether that's the problem costing you money.

LitCommerce's pricing page lists no product sourcing, no supplier ordering and no supplier price or stock monitoring. It keeps your channels consistent with each other and with your main store. None of the listed features watch the Amazon or AliExpress page your product comes from. For a dropshipper, that leaves three jobs with you:

  • Finding products to sell. The sync tool starts from a catalog you already have.
  • Catching supplier changes. If a supplier raises a price or sells out, your listing keeps selling at the old price until you notice.
  • Placing the supplier order. When an eBay sale lands, someone still has to buy from the supplier and send tracking back to the buyer.

Those three jobs are what Ecomli is built for. Ecomli is a non-API browser extension for eBay dropshippers. It works through the eBay seller account already signed in to your desktop Chrome browser, so there's no API connection to authorize. Product Hunting researches competitor eBay sellers' sold history and matches products to Amazon or AliExpress. Stock Monitoring checks supplier stock and prices for your Ecomli listings and updates the eBay price and quantity, or ends the listing, using your rules. On Pro and Scale, Auto Ordering places the supplier order within your buying limits, a maximum purchase price and a maximum loss, while Starter uses manual ordering. Tracking Conversions turns supported AliExpress and Amazon TBA tracking into eBay-compatible tracking.

The limit to know up front: Ecomli sells on eBay only. If you need listings on Etsy, Walmart or TikTok Shop as well, it doesn't replace a sync tool.

LitCommerce suits a seller who holds stock in a Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce or WooCommerce store and wants it listed on eBay and several other marketplaces with stock kept in sync. It doesn't suit an eBay dropshipper whose products live on Amazon or AliExpress, because the sourcing and ordering work stays manual.

Ecomli suits an eBay seller whose supplier ships the order and who wants research, listing, supplier monitoring and ordering in one tool. It doesn't suit a seller who needs Etsy, Walmart or TikTok Shop as selling channels, or who holds and ships their own stock. For more tools in the second group, our SellerCloud alternatives comparison covers the heavier inventory platforms.

How to do this in Ecomli

If you're an eBay dropshipper who was pricing LitCommerce to save time, here's what the same goal looks like in Ecomli:

  1. Find products with demand behind them. Open Product Hunting and research a competitor eBay seller's sold history, or search Amazon keywords and Best Sellers. Filter by price, reviews and ratings, Amazon FBA or AliExpress Choice.
  2. List them in batches. Send picks to Create Listings. Ecomli reads the supplier product, prices it with your markup, can write AI titles and AI descriptions from the supplier facts, applies your description template, and runs Safety Shield and duplicate checks before it fills eBay's listing form in your seller session. It handles up to 10 listings at a time, with variations supported.
  3. Set your Stock Monitoring rules. Choose your markup, whether an out-of-stock item goes to quantity 0 or ends, your restock quantity and your price-change tolerance. If a supplier read fails, the listing is held unchanged instead of ended.
  4. Set buying limits and turn on Auto Ordering. On Pro, you click Auto Order and Ecomli places the supplier order with automations in your own browser. On Scale, once you turn it on, Advanced Auto Ordering runs on Ecomli's servers and places the supplier order for new eBay orders without a click, as long as each order is within your buying limits.
  5. Let tracking flow back. Tracking Conversions adds eBay-compatible tracking to the order after its automatic checks. Aquiline credits for conversions are an add-on.
  6. Bring existing listings with you. If you already sell on eBay through another tool, Migration imports from AutoDS, EcomSniper or an eBay Active Listings CSV and maps each listing to its Amazon or AliExpress supplier while it stays live. Ecomli doesn't import LitCommerce files, so the eBay CSV is the route from LitCommerce.

Most of these tasks run in your desktop browser while it's open. Scale's Advanced Auto Ordering is the exception. Starter is $29 a month, Pro $99 and Scale $199, billed monthly with a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, and you can compare the plans on the pricing page. The automation overview on our homepage shows how the pieces connect.

LitCommerce pricing FAQs

How much does LitCommerce cost per month?

From $29 a month for 3 channels and up to 1,000 listings. Each extra channel adds $5 a month, and larger listing allowances cost more in steps, up to $489 a month for 15 channels and 200,000 listings on the calculator. Annual billing is 20% off.

Is there a free plan for LitCommerce?

Not for the multichannel listing tool. It gives new accounts 7 days free before billing starts, then the calculator price applies. The separate Product Feed tool has a free plan for up to 2 feeds, which is where most "free" claims come from.

Does a second eBay store count as a second channel?

The calculator counts channels in total, and LitCommerce counts your main store as one of them, so budget each connected account as a channel. If you run two eBay accounts, confirm how they'll be billed with LitCommerce before you choose your plan.

What does the annual discount actually save?

20% of the monthly price. At the entry configuration, the Shopify App Store listing shows $278 a year against $29 a month. Annual plans commit you to a full year, so take the discount once your channel count has settled, not while you're still testing which marketplaces earn their place.

What happens if I go over my listing limit?

LitCommerce doesn't upgrade you automatically. When you hit your listing or channel limit, you see a banner asking you to upgrade, and connecting new channels is disabled until you do.

Why do third-party sites list different prices?

Because the price is a calculator, and directory listings and roundups copy one point on it or go stale. Some older articles quote price bands that don't match the current calculator. Check the live pricing page on the day you buy and treat every roundup figure, including the ones above, as a dated snapshot.

Is LitCommerce good for eBay dropshipping?

It works for keeping listings in sync if you already have a catalog in a main store. Its pricing page lists no product sourcing, supplier ordering or supplier price and stock monitoring, which are the jobs that take a dropshipper's time. For those on eBay, Ecomli covers product research, listing, Stock Monitoring and, on Pro and Scale, supplier ordering within your buying limits.

Where is LitCommerce located?

In Hanoi, Vietnam. Its Shopify App Store listing and Trustpilot profile both give an address on To Huu street in Hanoi.

Where this leaves you

If you own your stock and sell on several marketplaces, LitCommerce's calculator is easy to price once you count channels and listings correctly, and it's a reasonable buy. If your supplier ships the order and eBay is your channel, a sync tool leaves the sourcing, supplier monitoring and ordering work exactly where it was. That's the part Ecomli is built to take on.
