WonderLister calls itself "eBay listing software built for volume" and says it is eBay-only on purpose. The homepage describes the founder as a former eBay insider. Everything happens in a spreadsheet-style grid rather than a step-by-step wizard, which is the main reason high-volume sellers pick it.

The features listed on the WonderLister homepage fall into four groups:

• Bulk listing and editing. Create many listings from one grid, edit most fields in bulk, and mass-update descriptions across a catalog. Item specifics, multi-variation listings, product identifiers, auto-parts fitments and GPSR product-safety data are all editable.
• Multiple accounts and sites. One sign-in covers all your eBay accounts. You can copy listings between accounts and list on more than 25 international eBay sites.
• Automation rules. Relist and auto-list rules, scheduling around eBay's free-listing promotions, automated buyer feedback and cost-per-click campaign automation.

The WonderLister pricing page lists six plans, billed monthly or yearly on either edition. The page says a 5% processing fee is added to the prices shown and that prices can change at any time. We added that fee to each monthly price below.

Prices as of Oct 2026. The pricing page does not print the listing limits or feature list for each tier, so check the plan detail before you choose. New subscribers get 15 days free before billing starts. You set up the subscription first, and during those 15 days bulk operations are capped at 25 items per operation.

One practical warning about older pages. GetApp's Canadian listing still shows WonderLister tiers from $5 to $125 a month. Those figures no longer match the vendor's own page, so budget from wonderlister.com, not from a directory.

Desktop or Online: which WonderLister edition fits

WonderLister runs two ways, and you can start with either. The Desktop edition runs on Windows 10 and 11 and keeps your data on your own machine, with automatic scheduled backups. WonderLister Online runs in any modern browser, so Mac, Linux and Chromebook users land there. Online also adds unlimited staff accounts with granular permissions, which suits a store with a listing team.

The choice comes down to where your team works. A single seller on a Windows PC who wants local data will like Desktop. A team spread across locations, or anyone on a Mac, needs Online. Both editions share the same plans, so the edition does not change the price.

Where WonderLister fits an eBay dropshipper, and where it does not

Dropshipping on eBay is about supply as much as listing.
